The Role
OVERVIEW The Traffic Coordinator organizes the shipping of goods to customers, in accordance with the SHE program, the quality requirements (target 98% OTD), and the customer\'s intimacy policy and in respect of the negotiated freight prices with a focus on cost efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Screen Zino control report to identify shipments not loaded. \xe2\x80\xa2 Determine the goods to be shipped following their availability, the customer\xe2\x80\x99s request, the traffic instruction, the delivery priority and the transit times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contact customer service in case of credit blocked customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling the requests received on Jindal Films Europe Traffic shared mail box from different departments which are related to creating new DNs & shipments and handling the issues for the current ones. \xe2\x80\xa2 Calculate the quantity to be loaded by trailer / container. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build the shipments and send the confirmation to the selected carriers, (mostly through TRANSPOREON interface). \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze the request and propose different alternative solutions (in transit time and price) to the requestor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize the shipping at the best balance cost/service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive shipments costs down by identifying clubbing opportunities to increase shipment size. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report Freight KPI\xe2\x80\x99s (rush shipment, non-optimal freight ). \xe2\x80\xa2 Find alternative carriers in case shipments not accepted by assigned carrier (secure the relevant endorsement). \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze requests from all parties carriers, sales, customers, etc..., provide answer and or solution in due time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as interface between customer service and carriers to optimize the service provided to the customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively participate in the weekly logistics calls (raise issues and propose solutions to the supervisor). \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support to Distribution and Warehousing Manager.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma in Logistics / Industrial / Secondary Education. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years experiences in similar role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiation & Analytical Skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in English (both verbal and written), other European Language is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good computer literacy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of SAP is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals throughout the company as well as build relationships with vendors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong listening and evaluating skills with the ability to design creative solutions to problem situations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong math and numerical data analysis skills and strong attention to detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently, prioritize assignments, and achieve desired results.
