Overview of the role:

Efficient handling of customer service while coordinating with Internal and External clients
ensure accuracy in BOE processing, certificate of origin, billing invoice, costing, posting of data entry in system
Ensure on time invoicing, edocs and job closing
Ensure all clients rates are updated for internal and external customs and filed methodically
Handle other associates accounts and/or additional accounts as per need arises
Efficiently handling of client account and coordination with Agent offices worldwide as per customer requirements
