Job Description
Beverage service:
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with a strong knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods.Guest interaction:
Greet members and guests, take food and drink orders, and provide a high level of customer service.Order and billing:
Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions and process payments correctly.Bar maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized bar area by wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and restocking supplies like linen and ice.Side work:
Complete various side tasks, which may include preparing garnishes, folding napkins, and stocking the bar area.Compliance:
Adhere to all state liquor laws, safety ordinances, and sanitation requirements.Job Type: Full-time
