Drink preparation
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer requests.
Mix classic and innovative cocktails with precision and presentation.
Ensure garnishes (like fruit) are prepared and ready for use.
Bar operations and maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area, which includes washing glasses, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing equipment.
Monitor and manage bar inventory, including liquors, wines, and beers.
Restock supplies, such as glassware, and reorder stock as needed.
Check and maintain the functionality of bar equipment like ice machines and glass washers.
Financial and legal responsibilities
Accurately record drink orders and process payments through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash and credit card transactions correctly.
Ensure customers are of legal drinking age by checking identification.
Adhere to all local alcohol serving laws and company policies.
