Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project requirements, blueprints, specifications, and drawings to prepare comprehensive estimates.
Collaborate with the engineering, design, and project management teams to determine project scope and requirements.
Accurately calculate material, labor, and equipment costs for fabrication, assembly, and installation.
Solicit quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to determine the best pricing and delivery schedules.
Prepare detailed proposals, cost breakdowns, and bid submissions within specified deadlines.
Identify potential risks and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of steel materials, fabrication techniques, and industry trends in the UAE.
Support the sales team with technical input during client presentations and negotiations.
Ensure all estimates comply with company policies, client requirements, and local regulations.
