We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead facade and steel fabrication projects from concept through to successful completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and effective stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of facade and steel fabrication projects from inception to handover, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual commitments. Collaborate with clients, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure all project specifications and technical requirements are fully met. Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Ensure all project activities are executed in strict compliance with health, safety, quality, and company standards. Identify potential project risks early and implement effective mitigation plans to resolve issues proactively. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency on project progress and challenges. Promote continuous improvement in project workflows, processes, and team collaboration to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Arabic Speaker Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the facade and steel fabrication sector. Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and industry best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
