About The Job
Accurately calculate the costs associated with aluminum and joinery projects by analyzing project specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documentation

Analyze drawing, specifications and documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates
- Handling inquiry ; follow up on missing information, documents & clarifications
- Review design options and recommend best solution, select and finalize the systems
- Selecting & finalizing the systems, typologies & profiles
- Preparation of value engineering options by complying to the client requirement.
- Prepare Preliminary Structural and Thermal calculation
- Checking window schedule, BOQ and section details
- Cost estimation of complete system, prepare, finalize, submit quotations and obtain customer acceptance
- Selection of suitable systems according to the project specification
- Work closely with fabricators and suggest suitable systems in the absence of proper specification from consultant.
- Preparation of technical compliance while submitting commercial proposal
- Handling window schedule, bill of quantities (BOQ) & analytical section details

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
