We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with extensive experience in aluminum and facade systems to join our dynamic and growing team. The role will commence in Dubai, with an anticipated relocation to Qatar. The Estimator will play a critical role in preparing accurate project costings and competitive tender submissions for commercial and residential facade projects.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze architectural and structural drawings to perform precise quantity take-offs and prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams to develop thorough and competitive proposals.
Obtain, review, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare detailed technical and commercial bid documents for tender submissions.
Assist in value engineering initiatives and cost optimization strategies.
Review tender and contract documents, identifying scope, risks, and exclusions to ensure clarity and completeness.
Stay abreast of the latest material prices, market trends, and innovations in facade systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant experience in aluminum and facade estimation within the GCC region.
Thorough knowledge of facade systems including curtain walls, cladding, windows, doors, and other related components.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working on mid to large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects is highly desirable.
