We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator specializing in Aluminum and Facade works to join our team. The position will be based initially at our Dubai office, with the expectation that the successful candidate will relocate to Qatar for a full-time role. You will play a critical role in the preparation of accurate cost estimates and project bids related to aluminum and facade systems for commercial and residential buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze architectural and structural drawings and specifications to prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for aluminum and facade systems.
Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates.
Source and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Prepare technical and commercial bid proposals for tender submissions.
Assist in value engineering and cost optimization efforts.
Review contract documents and identify scope of work, risks, and exclusions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and construction methodologies in facade and aluminum systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Minimum 3-5
years of experience in estimating aluminum and facade systems in the GCC market.
Strong understanding of facade systems, curtain walls, cladding, windows, and doors.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Experience working on mid to large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects is an advantage.
