About the Role
We are seeking a
skilled and detail-oriented Estimator
with expertise in aluminum and facade systems to join our growing team. The successful candidate will initially work from Dubai, with an anticipated relocation to Qatar. This role is critical in delivering accurate project cost estimations and competitive tender submissions for commercial and residential facade projects.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze architectural and structural drawings to produce precise
quantity take-offs
and cost estimates.
Collaborate closely with
design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams
to develop comprehensive proposals.
Obtain, review, and evaluate
supplier and subcontractor quotations
to ensure competitive pricing.
Prepare detailed
technical and commercial bid documents
for tender submissions.
Support
value engineering initiatives
to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
