Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and labor estimates for joinery and furniture works.
Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors for materials and services.
Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure estimate accuracy.
Prepare and submit detailed quotations and tender submissions within deadlines.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or design.
Maintain a database of material and labor costs for future projects.
Support the project and commercial teams during project execution with cost updates and revisions.
