Outdoor Marketing Specialist
with Valid UAE Driving License .The ideal candidate will combine creativity with strategic planning to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales through innovative outdoor advertising, events, and experiential marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Outdoor Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Plan and execute
outdoor marketing campaigns
(billboards, signage, vehicle branding, street furniture, etc.) targeting construction, fit-out, and furniture sectors.
Collaborate with
architects, contractors, and developers
to secure prime advertising locations (construction sites, showrooms, retail spaces).
Organize
pop-up exhibitions, roadshows, and site-based activations
to showcase products/services.
Project & Fit-Out Industry Focus:
Develop tailored campaigns for
real estate launches, fit-out projects, and furniture showrooms
.
Create compelling
B2B and B2C messaging
highlighting project portfolios, material quality, and design expertise.
Partner with
construction firms and interior designers
for co-branded promotions.
Event & Experiential Marketing:
Manage
trade show participation
(e.g., INDEX, Downtown Design, Cityscape).
Plan
site tours and open-house events
for high-profile projects.
Coordinate
furniture installations in public spaces
as marketing displays.
Performance Tracking:
Measure campaign ROI using
foot traffic data, lead generation, and sales conversions
.
Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, or Architecture/Design
.

Experience:
3+ years in outdoor marketing
, preferably in
construction, fit-out, or furniture industries
in UAE .
Portfolio of successful
outdoor/experiential campaigns

Skills:
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
for ad mock-ups.
Knowledge of
UAE's high-traffic locations and permit processes
for outdoor ads.
Strong negotiation skills for
media buying and partnerships

Language:
Fluent in
English
(Arabic a plus).
