We are hiring Jr. Estimator for our joinery division with Civil Engg graduation/Diploma and min 2-3 years experience.
The candidate should be skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Estimator with good track records.. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for joinery and interior fit-out projects, including furniture, doors, wall panels, counters, and bespoke joinery works.
Key Responsibilities:
Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare detailed cost estimates. Take off quantities and prepare material, labor, and subcontractor cost breakdowns. Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams for accurate pricing. Evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing.
Prepare and submit tender documents on time. The candidate should hav strong knowledge of joinery materials and finishes and Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel.
Excellent communication and negotiation skill required Should have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
