We are looking for a skilled Estimator to join our team and take ownership of all estimation and contractual matters for our fit-out projects. As the company's dedicated Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, and liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and cost reports.
Develop and manage contract documents and variations.
Liaise with clients and attend meetings to review valuations and final accounts.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate terms, and manage payments.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and progress, including site visits.
Ensure projects are executed within contract terms and timelines.
Apply value engineering to optimize costs and outcomes.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimator/QS in interiors/fit-out.
Strong knowledge of pre-contracts, estimation, and cost control.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and relevant estimation software.
