Key Responsibilities:
Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for estimating.
Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to determine project costs.
Prepare detailed and competitive project quotations within specified deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of estimating data and update cost databases as needed.
Recording scope changes and preparing cost variation notices.
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience as an estimator in renovation and fit-out projects.
Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office applications.
Knowledge of CRM software and QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
