Job Description

The Estimator - Fit-Out will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for design and build fit-out projects, including interior design, joinery, glass, and furniture works. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of materials, finishes, and fit-out processes to ensure competitive and profitable project pricing.

Key Responsibilities:



Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents for fit-out and interior design projects. Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, subcontractors, and equipment. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams to gather necessary project information. Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost breakdowns, and pricing summaries. Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering solutions. Assist in tender preparation, submission, and post-tender clarifications. Maintain an updated database of suppliers, subcontractors, and material costs. Support the project team during negotiations and project handover. Ensure all estimations comply with company standards, client requirements, and project timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum

5 years of experience

as an Estimator in

fit-out, interior design, joinery, glass, or furniture projects

in Doha or the GCC region. Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods. Proficient in estimation software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, and CostX or equivalent). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
