Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects (commercial, residential, retail, etc.)
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare BOQs and tender submissions
Coordinate with project managers and designers to ensure budget alignment
Track project costs and identify any deviations from estimated budgets
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as an Estimator in the fit-out industry within the UAE
Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and market rates
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must be currently based in the UAE
Immediate availability is an advantage
