Estimator - Fit-Out
to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and competitive tenders for interior fit-out projects. This role requires technical proficiency, market awareness, and excellent collaboration skills to ensure cost-effective and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Review design drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare precise quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Collaborate with design, project management, and procurement teams to prepare compliant and competitive bids.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to achieve optimal pricing.
Develop detailed BOQs, cost breakdowns, and commercial tender submissions.
Identify and propose value engineering options while maintaining compliance with client and quality requirements.
Assess and document risks, assumptions, exclusions, and clarifications for tender submissions.
Stay informed about UAE market rates, material costs, and fit-out industry trends to ensure accurate cost forecasting.
