Key Responsibilities
Review design drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and procurement teams to develop competitive and compliant bids.
Source, analyze, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to secure cost-effective pricing.
Prepare detailed BOQs, cost summaries, and commercial tender submissions.
Identify cost optimization opportunities through value engineering while maintaining quality standards.
Assess, document, and communicate tender risks, assumptions, and clarifications.
Monitor UAE market rates, material pricing, and fit-out industry trends to ensure competitive estimates.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
4-6 years of proven estimation experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE.
Strong technical knowledge of joinery, gypsum works, MEP coordination, flooring, finishes, and custom furniture.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant estimation software.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Demonstrated experience in preparing bids for commercial, hospitality, retail, and/or office fit-out projects.
