We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced
Estimator - Fit-Out
with a proven track record in delivering accurate cost estimates and competitive tenders for interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure profitable and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Review design drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and procurement teams to develop competitive and compliant bids.
Source, analyze, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost-effective pricing.
Prepare detailed BOQs, cost summaries, and commercial tender submissions.
Identify cost optimization opportunities through value engineering while maintaining quality standards.
Assess and document tender risks, assumptions, and clarifications.
Stay updated on UAE market rates, material pricing, and fit-out industry trends.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
4-6 years of proven experience in estimation for interior fit-out projects within the UAE.
Strong technical knowledge of joinery, gypsum works, MEP coordination, flooring, finishes, and custom furniture.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant estimation software.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Demonstrated experience preparing bids for commercial, hospitality, retail, or office fit-out projects.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
