Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Estimator

to join our interior fit-out contracting team in Al Quoz. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing aligned with market conditions and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare precise cost estimates. Review supplier and subcontractor quotations; negotiate for the best pricing. Prepare and submit tender documentation in collaboration with the sales and design teams. Maintain and update the database of material, labor costs, and market rates. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement team for cost control. Conduct site visits to verify project scope and gather necessary details. Monitor design changes and adjust budget estimates accordingly. Assist the commercial and sales teams during client meetings and technical clarifications. Provide post-tender analysis and cost breakdowns for management review.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

. 5-8 years of

UAE experience

in estimating for interior fit-out and/or joinery projects. Strong knowledge of

local suppliers, subcontractors, and market pricing

. Proficiency in

MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software

(PlanSwift, CCS, or similar). Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently under pressure and within strict deadlines.
