, with a proven ability to prepare accurate cost estimates for maintenance, repair, and minor project works across residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
The role requires coordination with operations, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely and competitive pricing, as well as knowledge of local market rates for labor and materials.
Note: UAE experience is mandatory. Male candidates are preferred due to field coordination requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Review scope of work, job requests, and technical drawings for maintenance, repair, and upgrade works.
Prepare cost estimates and
Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
for civil and MEP jobs (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.).
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain material and service quotations.
Analyze quotations and prepare price comparison sheets.
Liaise with operations and engineering teams to validate quantities and job scopes.
Submit clear and well-structured estimation documents within given timelines.
Revise estimates based on client feedback or scope changes.
Maintain estimation logs and cost databases for future reference.
Participate in site visits when required for assessment and measurement.
Assist in budget planning and project costing for ongoing contracts.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
2-4 years of relevant UAE experience
in facility management estimation is required.
Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance work scopes, and local market pricing.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
