Qubello Interiors is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to manage civil and MEP installation across interior fit-out/construction sites. This is a 3-month contract with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee civil and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) installations on site
Conduct frequent inspections to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety
standards
Coordinate subcontractors and labor teams--task delegation, performance
monitoring, enforce safety
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate execution
Track progress, prepare reports, and tackle on-site challenges efficiently
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction
Management, or related field
3-5 years of experience supervising civil & MEP works in Dubai/UAE, ideally in fit-out
/interior projects
Strong technical knowledge of MEP and civil systems
Proficient in reading drawings and using site-based tools/software
Excellent leadership, communication, and safety-management skills
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
