:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Facility Engineer (Civil & MEP)

to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of all facility-related systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that building structures and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems are functioning efficiently and in compliance with company and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day facility maintenance activities (Civil & MEP). Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues or potential improvements. Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance works. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for repair, maintenance, and upgrade works. Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations. Support project teams in renovations, modifications, and expansion works.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field). Minimum

4 to 5 years of experience

in facility management or maintenance engineering (Civil & MEP). Good Experience in Estimation & Costing . Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in CAFM systems or maintenance software will be an advantage. Must be available in Qatar with valid
