We are seeking an experienced
Estimation Engineer
specializing in fit-out projects with prior experience in the Gulf region. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions while ensuring compliance with project specifications.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates for fit-out projects in accordance with Gulf region standards. Conduct quantity and material take-offs. Analyze project drawings and specifications. Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and design teams. Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions. Maintain and update cost databases for materials and labor.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. 3-5 years of fit-out estimation experience in the Gulf region. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs. Proficient in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality fit-out projects in the Gulf.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
