2. JOB PURPOSE:

To provide accurate tenders/ bids and presales technical support to sales team to increase the portion of business awarded through tender.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Prepare quotations based on material cost and project approval sheet, respecting the project specifications and deadline given by the customer/ sales team
• Revise quotations and implement required changes following customer requests
• Work on Value Engineering quotations as alternatives based on project requirements
• Coordinate with procurement team in regard to cost of materials needed for project estimation
• Check LPOs prices before proceeding with the orders
• Prepare technical submittals and projects prequalification for projects approvals
• Register all the quotes on CRM
• Increase number, speed and accuracy of project quotations in order to increase the portion of business awarded through tenders
• Attend meetings with customers in finalization stage to ensure project is awarded with highest possible CM and 100% accuracy when it comes to execution
• Submit weekly reports to Tendering Manager

8. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

• Engineering Diploma holder or extensive experience in construction, building or civil/structural
• 5-10-year experience in the same field/products
• Knowledgeable on AutoCAD
• High level of computer skills
