Couture Luxury Interior Design is looking for a experienced cost estimator for fit-out projects with knowladge in materials and brands. Requirements:

Deep knowladge in cost of fit-out works and materials on Dubai market
Deep knowladge in material specifications: joinery work materials, fabric, paint, marble / stones / ceramic, etc.
Be able to select and to propose material as per 3D design
Be able to match colors
Basic AotoCAD experience
Expert in MS Excel

Responsibilities:

Preparation of BOQ & Cost Quotations for fit-out project of Residential Villas, Offices, Retail, and hostitality projects
Choosing appropriate materails
Contacting suppliers for quoting
