4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Prepare quotations based on material cost and project approval sheet, respecting the project specifications and deadline given by the customer/ sales team
Revise quotations and implement required changes following customer requests
Work on Value Engineering quotations as alternatives based on project requirements
Coordinate with procurement team in regard to cost of materials needed for project estimation
Check LPOs prices before proceeding with the orders
Prepare technical submittals and projects prequalification for projects approvals
Register all the quotes on CRM
Increase number, speed and accuracy of project quotations in order to increase the portion of business awarded through tenders
Attend meetings with customers in finalization stage to ensure project is awarded with highest possible CM and 100% accuracy when it comes to execution
Submit weekly reports to Tendering Manager
