Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software. Interpret architectural and engineering sketches, verbal instructions, and technical specifications. Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance. Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements. Maintain a comprehensive library of all design files and project documentation. Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion. Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Participate in design coordination meetings and contribute technical insights as needed.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience as a Draftsman in construction, interior fit-out, or engineering consultancy. Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling software is a plus. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
