Estimator cum Draughtsman - Interior Fit-out

We are seeking a

qualified Estimator cum Draughtsman

with solid UAE experience in the

interior fit-out industry

. The candidate must be capable of handling quantity takeoffs, shop drawings, and as-built drawings with accuracy and coordination. Strong communication in

English and Hindi (speaking and writing)

is mandatory. Knowledge of Arabic will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

accurate quantity take-offs

, cost estimates, and BOQs from layout and ID drawings. Develop and revise

shop drawings

and

as-built drawings

using AutoCAD. Conduct site visits for measurements and validations. Coordinate with site engineers, suppliers, and project managers. Prepare RFQs, tender documentation, and material specifications. Maintain organized records of drawing revisions and approvals. Ensure all drawings meet

authority standards

and company protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

Architecture

, or

Interior Design

.

Experience:

3 to 4 years of relevant UAE experience in interior fit-out

. Strong skills in

AutoCAD

, shop drawings, as-built documentation, and quantity surveying.

Language Skills (Mandatory):

English:

Fluent in speaking and writing

Hindi:

Fluent in speaking and writing

Arabic:

Knowledge is an

added advantage

Other Requirements:

Familiar with UAE authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.) Proficient in MS Excel Good communication and teamwork Male candidates preferred UAE driving license is a plus
