Job Description

Prepare

detailed cost estimates

, BOQs, and tender documents for interior fit-out, renovation, and construction projects. Review

drawings, specifications, and project requirements

to determine accurate quantities and material take-offs. Analyze and compare

supplier and subcontractor quotations

to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project standards. Manage

cost control and budget monitoring

throughout project execution. Prepare and submit

interim payment applications

, variation claims, and final accounts. Coordinate with the

project, procurement, and design teams

to ensure alignment on cost, scope, and specifications. Participate in

tender evaluations, negotiations

, and

value engineering

proposals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of

UAE market rates

, material prices, and construction methods. Ensure compliance with

contractual, financial, and company procedures
