Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven

Estimator cum Quantity Surveyor (QS)

to join our dynamic fit-out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have

a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the Dubai fit-out industry

, with proven expertise in both estimation and post-contract QS duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimation Duties:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for interior fit-out and joinery projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to define project scope. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. Conduct value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality. Support tender submissions and pre-contract pricing strategies. Quantity Surveying Duties:*
Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry

, including both estimation and QS roles. Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery works, and Dubai market rates. Monitor project costs, control budgets, and track material usage on site. Work closely with project managers and site engineers to validate progress and payments. Handle contractual claims, change orders, and negotiations with clients and subcontractors. Maintain project cost control documentation and reports. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS/estimation software such as

Preferred:

UAE Driving License. Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and other local authority processes.
