Job Description

We are seeking a

highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing all aspects of cost estimation, contract administration, and commercial management across various construction and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review

Bill of Quantities (BOQs)

, cost estimates, and tender documents. Conduct

cost analysis

and

value engineering

to ensure project cost efficiency. Evaluate

contractor and subcontractor quotations

and prepare comparison statements. Oversee

progress payments

,

variations

, and

final account settlements

. Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams for commercial coordination. Monitor and control project budgets and

identify risks

or deviations. Ensure compliance with

local regulations

, contract terms, and project specifications. Support in

pre-contract and post-contract

commercial duties.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in

Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering

, or related field. Minimum 1

-2 years of UAE experience

in construction or interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of

FIDIC contracts

, UAE contract law, and cost control practices. Proficient in

AutoCAD, MS Excel

,

Plan Swift

and QS software. Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to

multitask

and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in

English

; Hindi is a plus.
