Prepare, review, and manage interim payment applications and certifications.
Evaluate and assess variations, claims, and change orders, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Conduct cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting to maintain financial control of projects.
Work closely with project teams to monitor progress and ensure cost compliance.
Manage subcontractor accounts, including certification of payments and variation claims.
Conduct contract reviews and ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions.
Assist in dispute resolution, claims negotiations, and contract closeouts.
Prepare final accounts and ensure proper reconciliation of project costs.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure cost-effective purchasing and subcontractor management.
Ensure compliance with Dubai's construction regulations, contract laws, and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong focus on post-contract works.
Experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects.
