Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Estimation Specialist

to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for carpentry and joinery projects. The role involves analyzing drawings, preparing BOQs, sourcing prices, and submitting technical/financial proposals while ensuring accuracy, profitability, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review drawings/tender documents, and prepare detailed cost estimates (including materials, labor, and subcontracting). Prepare BOQs, rate analyses, and pricing sheets. Submit competitive proposals and support negotiations. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Maintain cost databases, records, and bid reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engg., Quantity Surveying, or Architecture. 3-5 years' estimation experience in carpentry, joinery, or fit-out. Strong knowledge of joinery materials and production processes. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (estimation software is a plus). Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
