Cost Estimation Specialist (construction Projects)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Cost Estimation Specialist with a strong background in pricing and estimating construction projects, including both consultancy and contracting works.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Dubai and the UAE.
Proven experience in preparing accurate project cost estimates for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of market prices for materials, labor, and subcontractor works in the UAE.
Proficiency in quantity surveying and project pricing tools/software.
Ability to analyze project risks and suggest cost-effective solutions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
Job Role:
Prepare and review project cost estimates and BOQ.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to get accurate quotes.
Provide value engineering and cost-saving recommendations.
Prepare tender documents and participate in pricing tenders
