Requirements:
B. Tech or B.E or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of Quantity Surveying in the UAE/GCC construction sector
Proficient in quantity take-off from drawings and accurate cost calculations
Familiar with FIDIC contracts and UAE construction regulations
Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Excel (knowledge of estimation software is a plus)
Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
