We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Estimation Engineer

to join our team, specializing in the pricing and cost estimation of

onshore and offshore projects

within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

? Prepare detailed estimates and pricing for tender submissions, bids, and proposals for oil and gas projects.
? Review tender documents, project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to develop accurate cost estimates.
? Support in preparing

technical and commercial submissions

aligned with client requirements.
? Collaborate with project, procurement, and engineering teams to gather necessary inputs.
? Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost competitiveness.
? Analyze project risks, contingency allowances, and commercial terms.
? Provide support during technical and commercial clarifications with clients.
? Maintain a database of cost data, rates, and historical benchmarks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil)

. Minimum

5-7 years of proven experience

in estimation and pricing for onshore and offshore oil & gas projects. Strong knowledge of tender documents, technical submissions, and commercial bid requirements. Familiarity with oil & gas project scope, specifications, and industry standards. Experience with estimating software and tools. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
