Job Summary:

ERP Support Specialist

- is responsible for providing first-level support for ERP systems, resolving user issues across various modules (e.g., Finance, Inventory, Sales), logging and tracking tickets, and coordinating with developers for complex problems. The role also involves testing system updates, conducting user training, documenting processes, suggesting improvements, and supporting ERP upgrades and performance optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for ERP-related issues reported by users.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems in ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Inventory, Sales, Procurement).

Log and track issues using ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution.

Collaborate with ERP vendors or internal developers to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Assist in testing system updates, patches, and new features before deployment.

Provide training and user support for new employees or when new features are implemented.

Document ERP processes, issue resolutions, and create user guides or FAQs.

Analyze business requirements and suggest ERP enhancements or workflow improvements.

Monitor system performance and recommend optimization opportunities.

Participate in ERP implementation or upgrade projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Experience:

Relevant work experience.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, proficiency in software, and good communication skills.
