Job Description
Role Summary:
The ERP Support Specialist will serve as a team member who supports in ERP issues and supporting the project and Project Manager in day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot SAP issues, support users, and assist with Microsoft suite integration (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI).
Ensure Compliance and Quality Assurance.
Ensuring activities align with governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
Associate/Bachelor's in IT; 2-5 years in SAP support; basic Microsoft suite knowledge Proven experience working within a structured project management environment.
Certifications:
ITIL Foundation, SAP Certified Associate - Support Consultant.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Familiarity with IT frameworks and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
