The Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Specialist - SharePoint will serve as a team member who supports to manage and develop SharePoint solutions for document storage, versioning, and retrieval; integrating with SAP for enterprise docs and supporting the project deliverables on a day-to-day activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop SharePoint solutions for document storage, versioning, and retrieval, integrating with SAP for enterprise docs.
Ensure Compliance and Quality Assurance.
Ensuring activities align with governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
Bachelors in IT/CS; 5+ years in SharePoint admin; document management and SAP integration exp.
Proven experience working within a structured project management environment.
Certifications:
Microsoft 365 Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate, Enterprise Content Management (AIIM).
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Familiarity with IT frameworks and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
