Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Doxis ECM/DMS Specialist to oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the Doxis Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Document Management System (DMS). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of content services platforms and be adept at integrating Doxis with enterprise systems like SAP, Power Apps. Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms.?

Key Responsibilities

System Implementation & Configuration: Lead the development Doxis modules, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Integration Management: Facilitate seamless integration of Doxis with existing enterprise applications, including Power Apps, ERP, CRM, and HR systems. Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows to enhance business process efficiency. User Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal system utilization. Compliance & Security: Ensure the Doxis system adheres to relevant compliance standards and data protection regulations. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Doxis features and best practices to recommend and implement system enhancements.?

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Doxis or similar ECM/DMS platforms. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Doxis architecture, modules, and integration capabilities. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into efficient Doxis workflows. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and conduct training sessions.
