Job Description

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Specialist with expertise in SharePoint to join our dynamic IT team in Doha, Qatar. As an ECM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our SharePoint environment to enhance content management and collaboration across the organization. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining ECM solutions that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency.


Design and develop SharePoint solutions to meet business needs and improve content management processes. Administer and maintain the SharePoint environment, ensuring optimal performance and security. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement best practices for document management, workflow automation, and collaboration. Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize the utilization of SharePoint features. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation of ECM systems. Stay updated with the latest SharePoint developments and recommend enhancements to existing systems. Manage and develop SharePoint solutions for document storage, versioning, and retrieval; integrate with SAP for enterprise docs.

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in ECM and SharePoint, who can effectively manage and enhance our content management systems. The ideal candidate will possess:


Proven experience in SharePoint administration and development. Strong understanding of ECM principles and best practices. Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and PowerShell scripting. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Bachelor's degree

in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years

of Work Experience in SharePoint admin document management and SAP integration exp.

Certifications Required.

Microsoft 365 Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate, Enterprise Content Management (AIIM).
