About the Role:



We're looking for a passionate and motivated

English Customer Service Representative

to join our team! In this role, you will assist customers by providing information, solving problems, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities:



Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries in English. Provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction. Record all customer interactions in the system. Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:



Excellent command of spoken and written English. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in customer service (6 months of proven experience required). available for rotation shifts Basic computer and typing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Positive attitude and team spirit.
