We are currently looking for experienced and motivated
Customer Service Representatives
to join our team supporting the
banking sector for the Canadian market

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer support via phone and other communication channels
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience
Follow banking procedures and maintain accuracy in all interactions
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO / call center
Fully bilingual (French/English)
