Responsibilities
- Assisting customer and resolving any issues that arise.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling orders efficiently and professionally.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Listen to customers' needs and direct them to the appropriate department or person, ensuring a smooth and helpful interaction.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics) to ensure
- Coordinates feedback information with team members & customers.
- Process customer orders accurately in the system, including entry, modification, and tracking.
- Provide clear information required in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate order status updates to customers and ensure timely processing.
- Ensure proper filing of all documents - such as Invoice DN LPO
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Skills required
- Excellent command of English language.
- Good experience in using personal computer and various software packages.
