Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo for an English Customer Satisfaction Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Tabby's users, addressing inquiries promptly, and helping resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction. You will act as a vital link between the company and its customers, offering guidance about products and services while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Collaboration with other teams may also be required to improve customer experiences and provide valuable feedback for process enhancement.

Qualifications

Customer support skills including exceptional communication, active listening, and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to provide clear and empathetic responses Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and team members Basic technical skills, including familiarity with customer management tools and the ability to quickly learn new software Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role is preferred Professionalism, patience, and a customer-first mindset are essential
