Engineering Course Trainer

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Course Trainer to design and deliver training programs focused on civil engineering software, including AutoCAD, PlanSwift, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Primavera, Microsoft Project, and other industry-standard tools. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in civil engineering design, analysis, and project management workflows, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring professionals and students in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) on AutoCAD for 2D drafting and 3D modeling of civil engineering designs. Teach PlanSwift for quantity takeoff, cost estimation, and construction planning. Provide instruction on STAAD Pro and ETABS for structural analysis and design of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure. Train on Primavera and Microsoft Project for project scheduling, resource management, and cost control. Educate on BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and their application in civil engineering projects. Create high-quality training materials, including manuals, video tutorials, and hands-on exercises tailored to various skill levels. Guide trainees on interoperability between AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Primavera, Microsoft Project, and other tools like Revit or Civil 3D (if applicable). Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and emerging civil engineering methodologies to ensure training content remains current. Assess trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and support skill development. Collaborate with project teams to align training with real-world civil engineering project requirements.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
