Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) & Caregiver Course Trainer Needed

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

AED 15-20 per hour (Negotiable)

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate CNA & Caregiver Course Trainer to join our dynamic healthcare training team. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, high-quality training programs that meet international standards and uphold our center's commitment to excellence in healthcare education.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct CNA and Caregiver training sessions (theoretical and practical). Develop, update, and enhance training materials, lesson plans, and student assessments. Supervise and evaluate learners during classroom instruction and clinical practice. Manage course-related administrative tasks -- attendance tracking, reports, and certification coordination. Collaborate with management to organize training schedules and ensure smooth course delivery. Provide guidance, mentorship, and career advice to students to support their professional growth.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferably with a valid DOH license). Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a healthcare trainer or instructor (CNA, Caregiver, or related field). Valid healthcare license or recognized professional certification (preferred). Strong understanding of patient care, infection control, and healthcare ethics. Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills. Ability to plan, organize, and manage courses independently and efficiently.
