We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Accounting Course Trainer

to deliver engaging, comprehensive, and hands-on training to our students in the field of accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and a passion for teaching, with the ability to break down complex concepts into clear, understandable lessons. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to inspire and guide the next generation of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver engaging and interactive accounting lessons to students, either in-person or online, depending on the course format. Develop and update course materials, including lecture notes, assignments, and exams, ensuring they are aligned with industry standards and best practices. Provide clear explanations of accounting concepts, tools, and techniques, ensuring that all students understand the material. Offer one-on-one or group support to students as needed to help them achieve course objectives and improve their understanding of the subject matter. Track and assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in accounting practices and incorporate them into the curriculum. Collaborate with other team members to enhance the learning experience and maintain the institute's reputation for excellence in education.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA are a plus). Proven experience (3+ years) working as an accounting professional or educator, with a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices. Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable, but not required. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students. Ability to simplify complex accounting concepts for a diverse audience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). A passion for education and helping others succeed in their career goals.
